NorthWind Land Resources Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Clerk to join our team in Edmonton. This role involves significant data entry and requires accuracy, efficiency, and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform subcontractor administration in Replicon, including daily time and expense entry and reconciliation
  • Review daily timesheets and expenses; complete monthly expense reconciliations
  • Manage project administration in Replicon
  • Prepare and process accounts receivable invoices in accordance with company procedures and client specifications
  • Enter client invoices into Open Invoice, Open Ticket, and Pandell systems
  • Confirm and enter vendor billable invoices into Replicon
  • Administer SiteView, including data entry, third-party invoice coding, and cost reconciliation
  • Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
 
Required Qualifications
  • Accounting Certificate or Diploma (asset)
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable or general accounting (asset)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet critical deadlines
  • Experience with SiteView, Replicon, and/or Open Invoice (asset)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Flexible, responsive, and comfortable working with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work with minimal supervision
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and escalate issues when necessary
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information
  • Punctual, adaptable, and professional
